POLLACK architecture worked with long term client Salesforce to design and build nine floors at One California Street, to serve as their sales facility. This work was completed over three phases of construction for the client at this location.
As part of the project POLLACK embarked on a long term study in collaboration with DEGW to determine new space metrics and workplace design standards, to provide a space with as much future flexibility as possible. This elasticity will allow Salesforce to use the space for groups other than their sales team as the company grows and user groups move around.
POLLACK also designed a conference/training center and additional support space as a functional backbone for these nine floors. The space exhibits the Salesforce brand in its use of color, and by utilizing the latest in sustainable materials and design. The most recent construction of five floors has been certified LEED Gold.
